Dumb SEO Questions

Setting up for a second business location.

I`m looking at setting up a satellite clinic in another adjacent town. I would like some direction on how to go about capitalizing on my existing web presence with my primary clinic. How would I setup my satellite location on my Google business page? Would my current reviews carry over to a new Google page for my new location? How would I go about adding this new location on my website so as to take advantage of my current page rank for my city? Any other recommendations of things I should or should not do when adding a new location?

As always, thank you so much! You guys rock! :-)?

  • Jim Munro: I'll be interested to hear what our Panelists have to say on this one. As you know, +Jamin Rak ;, I am not an expert but I don't think there is any danger in having two sites crosslinking and cross-promoting providing that anything you do is for the purpose of informing your readers. I don't think you will carry over any reviews. If it were me, I would set up a separate site and think of it as two businesses with a common purpose and common proprietorship.
  • Jamin Rak: Thanks +Jim Munro, when you said "sites" are you referring to having two separate websites? Or Google business pages? I guess by extension, should I also have a separate page on yelp and other media sites? Or just add a second location to my existing pages?

Ps, Admitting you aren't all knowing makes you all the more of an expert than those who actually think they are! ;-)
  • Jim Munro: I would set them up as two completely separate entities with their own G+, phones address etc. The cost of an incorporated registration in your country would not be much in the scheme of things. It's less than $100 a year, isn't it?
