CIM is pretty much Keyword Research 2.0. Instead of saying "This is what I offer, just like everyone else" it asks "What are you looking for?"
For instance, a doctor posts "retro dolor" on his sign. It is well researched, and shows he knows what he is doing. ;However, another doctor posts "back pain" on his sign, and his waiting room is crowded. ;I recommend using Google Trends for helping with this concept.
You'll know you are on the right track when your bounce rate starts going down. ;Eventually, your placement and visitors will rise. ;
