  Federico Sasso: It's just adding some event tracking code for Google Analytics.
  Googlebot sees a normal link which flows PageRank (provide the robots.txt or robots meta tag were not blocking it).

  E.Dieter Martin: It looks like conversion tracking. If the link is clicked a event is recorded in Google Analytics. Usually it's a made up URL for this specific click, though. You can track a conversion this way in GA.

   ;Although in my experience i have found that when it renders with ascii code (#029 rather than ') then it doesn't normally work(either that or i found it hard to tell that one of the " was actually a ' and that was making it fail, i can't remember now!)
