My client cannot see site in Local Listing.

  Kim Romarez: Ok here's a weird thing...When i check my client website in google.com.au he's website is in Page 1....but when I use Australian IP...it did not appear.....and my client also check the listing he said the site did not appear in local listing...... my question is it a GOOGLE glitch or its a sand box???

  if you will type the keyword granny flats perth it should be in page 1 but when my client in Australia he will type that keyword the site wont appear in S,E google.com.au

  Jim Munro: I'm running the combinations of "granny flats builder perth" on SEMrush ; for you and will add them to your answer on Thursday night. I'm no expert, +Kim Romarez ;, but it seems to me that the title tag is overly spammy for this term and might be working against you. Hopefully someone else will have a better idea.
