Curious... Stumbled onto a link (on Pinterest) that was using an image from my blog. So I clicked the URL and the site is for sale. No content except for a privacy policy, yet it has a PR3. Even the content link I found has a PR3. (http://healthwellness808.com/?p=1180)

How does this happen??

How does this happen?
David Kutcher: There was a site there and the domain expired, so the registrar is bidding the domain out.
