  Steven Ciccantelli: I have just been doing everything manually as I downloaded the .cvs file and can not ask how to use it in +Moz.
  After a few years of some nights just sitting I have opened up a bundle of directories etc..
  At least my G+ yp bing and yahoo are almost complete.

  Steven Ciccantelli: +Jim Munro they say to just download Google places as an .cvs file then just upload it to them.So I went to takeout I now have an archive.I don't mind learning by trial and error it's just that I have so little available time to sit in front of a real computer.
  Just have to keep plugging away and hope to keep increasing my score.
  The other issue I have is that +Moz local found 4 listings for me so I have chosen the one with the most complete profile...highest score...and filling in the blanks.
  The price is very fair and I don't mind work, just gets frustrating as I am not a SEO expert by any means.Sometimes a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
