First, I want to thank this community for all of the great, professional advice and feedback that has been provided to me over the last few months. I have a simple question, but I`m rather puzzled.
The keywords I am targeting for my home page are only being partially highlighted/noticed by Google in the SERP. Is there a configuration I`m missing or doing incorrectly, or is this just a matter of time for Google? I was just reindexed yesterday, and I am using the YOAST plugin. In my WP general settings, I have the Site Title as my site name, 123.com (three words, no spaces). Then, I have my Tagline as "1 2 3 Since 2006" (no quotes, with spaces). In the tagline, after the pipe, 1, 2, and 3 are not currently being recognized (or bolded) by Google.
Bing and Yahoo show the keywords as being recognized (bolded), and the site was indexed by Bing and Yahoo yesterday as well. I should mention that it seems like Bing and Yahoo are recognizing the settings I have for the SEO Title in Yoast, which is 1 2 3 Since 2006 | 123.com (which is the opposite of the settings I have in my WP general settings).
Any thoughts on this? Should I switch my Site Title and Tagline in WP general settings to match what I have as the SEO Title in Yoast?
I just don`t get why Google isn`t recognizing my keywords after the pipe (tagline).
