  Now i am confirming that Google is sure experimented and implementing widely with SLOW red label and now many can spot this. Below screenshot is from a Micromax Android Mobile and the label SLOW is seen to twitter. We cannot say this is for google sites only. This time i searched Red SLOW label
  
  Please share your experienves if you have seen this, because I am perplexed why only I am seeing this...

  How can the biggest sites which supposed to be most optimised are slow?
  So how much we will be able to optimise #pagespeed of clients sites, it is unthinkable.
