Merge two GMB listings into one

I have a shop with 2 exactly the same(name, adress, phone etc) GMB listings. One of the 2 is verified the other is not verified but it has some reviews. How I can merge the non verified to the verified one?

Rob Woods: Easiest way is to contact Google through your google my business account. They will merge them for you.

Denys Dubner: We had exactly the same discovery today. And we contacted G asking to merge the listings for us. No answer so far.
Rob Woods: they will answer. It`s one of the few unpaid services from Google where you can get help from a real live person
