Do URL Shortners pass Link juice?

Does URL Shortners pass Link juice to that URL for which we have used it . for example: i have created a url shortner for abc.com. does that url shortner pass  link juice to abc.com

any advise on this ? from +Edwin Jonk +Jim Munro ?

  • Edwin Jonk: Normally they do, but it depends on which URL shortener you use. ;

    For example goo.gl uses a 301 re-direct and thereby is passing link juice.
