  Jim Munro: I am not an expert +hari babu ;but if a site exists for linkbuilding then I think it is fairly safe to predict that a link from that site will not be useful to you.
  
  Alternative suggestions might be trade directories and guilds related to your niche, your customers' and your suppliers' websites, your local phone directories etc.
  
  Apparently there is no point receiving a link from a source completely unrelated to your website's subject, regardless of PR. Maybe it might increase your PR but apparently it has little value in your link profile.
