What is the true meaning of Bounce Rate.

Hello number ONE community. A bit tricky and informative question is: how do you interpret the data in Google Analytics which says that a page has 100% bounce rate and a “0:00:00? time on site? I hope we all can learn something from it. Thanks for the comments.

Dave Elliott: When does the ga script load on the page? You might find that it is loading last in which case people have actually been on the page for a few seconds or something.
