Simon Fryer: It depends what you want the keyword data for. Here's a couple of simple solutions.
1) Use impressions and CTR from webmaster tools (pretty inaccurate) 2) Use Adwords PPC to test keywords
My recommendation would be to forget about your inbound keywords in analytics. ;As SEO's we're going to get less and less data here. Instead focus on your landing pages. If you map your keywords to your landing pages and measure their performance, you can get a pretty clear idea of which search terms are driving traffic. Couple this with good rank tracking software and your problems are solved. ;
This will not solve the problem of differentiating branded from non-branded traffic though.
There are some pretty clever advanced solutions to getting around this problem, but unless you're working at a very high level it's probably not worth the time spent. ;
Tim Capper: As above from +Simon Fryer ;also merge your analytics with wmt and you start getting some more info in the SEO section of analytics.
Clayton Nichols: A lot of the times too, you can limit or help understand what the most important pages by breaking it down day by day, and then looking at the content pages viewed by organic only. ;
It's really high-level, but at least you can see what kind of pages are bringing traffic in and make your recommended keyword changes. ;
