Should I renew Yell?

  Geoffrey Warwick: Hi . I advertise with yell.com and my renewal is due with them. If I do not renew my ads with them, will that in turn effect my website ranking as I would  ;no longer have a link with them to my website? At present the ranking for my website is 1 , 2 ;or 3. I generally have clents within a radius of 15 miles. Thanks Geoff

  Aaron Bohlman: Yell.com is a strong domain to have a link from and certainly it's good to have that link than to not have it. However, (and I don't know what everyone else thinks) but I wouldn't say losing just the backlinks from that domain would result in a great loss of rankings. ;
  
  If you aren't going to renew with Yell then maybe it's worth doing some intensive link building to replace the strength you got from that link. ;

  Tim Capper: Check your analytics to see how much traffic yell has sent you. Divide by cost and you will see if it is worth the cost.
  
  Personally not worth it in the instances that I have looked at it.
