Ranking shift.

Has anyone else in Canada, specifically Toronto, seen a huge shift in ranking this morning?

Does anyone know if Google released an algorithm update in Canada recently?

A quick search of Google turned up little results, the only notable thing was about the Pigeon update that ran in the US in July. Based on the huge shift I am seeing (all positive from my seat) I am wondering if this algorithm released in Canada. ?

Tim Capper: Google confirmed a penguin 3 tweek to is October refresh. Which seems to also have included a PAnda element.
Tim McDonald: Yeah I am seeing a lot of bouncing around and ups and downs since this post. In the morning I am seeing one ranking and in the afternoon it has totally changed.

On the plus side I am also seeing the sites come up on other keywords. I guess all we can really do is sit tight and wait to see how things settle.
