GWMT shows no backlinks.

Hi all, I`m in big confusion, please help me.

In my site web master tool showing that the website having no backlinks. But some seo tool showing that website having backlinks.. i dont know how to identify this problem. Please any one give me a clear answer for this problem

promoz seo: Don't worry. Webmaster lags around 4 5 days or more. Check the backlinks at opensiteexplorer, ahrefs and seoprofiler tools. Gradually webmaster will also populate them on 'links to your site' section.

But make sure your linking pages are getting indexed, otherwise once your link gets approved, you can ping (with caution) them for faster indexing on Google.
