Shopify XML sitemaps getting indexed

Shopify XML sitemaps getting indexed and (a good bit of) traffic in Google. This is not good. Besides GSC removal, anyone else see this before and any suggestions?

Micah Fisher-Kirshner: Well, I was just on the flip side and saw my XML site maps with a x robots tag noindex.... You could use that?
Kristine Schachinger: Yeah they can be no indexed
