I`m really confuse about using the hreflang tag

I`m really confuse about using the hreflang tag as my company have 3 different domain like xyz.com , xyz.co.uk & xyz.ae they want to rank in their country respectively. now I`m confuse about the result should I use the hreflang tag or should I work as separate domain with different content? P.S: It is IT service providing website.

Zawar Kamal: If you`re using Multi-language in all 3 of your website then you have to use hreflang, if each website is specifically for one language then just don`t worry about it.
