Looking at responsive website templates.

I am looking at responsive website templates for the Google April 21 update and have found one which I think may be suitable. However, it moves a number of my URLs from "above the fold" to the footer. How will this affect the ranking of these URLs??

PromozSEO: It should not impact much, just make sure to create couple of relevant contextual internal links from each webpages. You can use Breadcrumbs too.

Be sure that the template is not blocking any part of the content. Use fetch and render of GWT.
