CDNs

I am thinking about using Google`s Cloud Storage (or possibly Amazon`s) for content delivery. There are a lot of large files being hosted on my domain and it eats up a lot of expensive bandwidth with my host and probably does not get delivered at optimal speeds either. How might I expect this to affect my site performance in terms of SEO??
