  Purushothaman Raju: Hi forgive me if my question is a little dumb, i would achive the result shown in the image. i am not sure what mistake i'm doing , i have signed up for google webmasters account and submitted a sitemap of my entire list of pages and tried linking my website from relevant websites too. i also have decent no of shares that was done for my website on social media like facebook and google+.
  appreciate if you can guide me on this.
  
  P.S : one of my friend did no SEO to his websites all he has plain html pages he is able to get a similar result shown in image.

  It all depends on google. If they think that your website is highly qualified to display sitelinks & site search on search pages then they'll allow it. Otherwise, there is not shortcut to do the above thing.

  PromozSEO: +Purushothaman Raju, these are called sitelinks and are completely automated process of Google.
  The picture shows that this a branded search and generally any site which has not been penalized in recent time should show sitelinks like this.
  There can be sitelinks for keyword searches as well. These types of sitelinks are hard to get. ;But yes, an authority site with good internal linking structure (breadcrumb with siloing & structured data) may show the sitelinks.
  Though no guarantee.
