  If we take an ecommerce site, that ships and sells goods all over the country, can one target and optimize  ;for multiple cities?
  
  These "cities" product pages will to a large extend have similar products. The title, URL and meta description will definitely be different. ;
  
  Is this from an SEO aspect smart? What about duplicate content?
  
  PPC is used to target different cities,  ;but why not also optimize separate product pages for these cities?
