Toni Anicic: To be honest with you, most of the SEOs I know don't charge by keyword. We charge by hourly rate. If that's what you're asking.

Well, yes, here at India we charge on the number of keywords. We don't charge per keyword but with list of keywords. Say, we'll provide a list of 15 keywords relevant to your site & the cost will be the overall activity we'll be doing to rank your website on those keywords.
