Change city name from meta tags

  Saurabh Rawat: I want to change city name from meta tags of all 17 web pages.
  Can Google penalize my site? I don't have any issue with my ranking drop but website penalty is a big issue for me.
  Any suggestion?

  PromozSEO: You will not be penalized but initially pages may experience drop in rankings. Go slow, do not change all the meta tags of all the pages. Make few changes on few pages, see what happens and then act accordingly.
