Backlinks from the same IP

I have a question about the link building of our website: www.portal.ir

It`s a Persian website builder which offers an all in one solution to its customers. The problem is that we need the footer link in our customers websites to create awareness about our brand. But this link is coming from the same IP, server and everything.

What should we do? Does google consider this spamming?
