  • Casey Markee: TrustPilot is one of the "approved" 3rd party providers for Google Seller Ratings. They provide a very simple "TrustBox" functionality that makes it easier to generate Rich Snippet Seller Aggregate Ratings in the SERPs. You can view the full list of "approved" 3rd party seller rating extension providers on Google`s page here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2375474?hl=en
  • Dan Thies: If you`re looking to ditch them, http://www.shopperapproved.com/ is also on the list and worth a look.
  • Jody Nesbitt: we use reviews.io (co.uk) much cheaper and same level of integration
  • Patty Mantaloons: Their cold email to my client was pretty noobtastic, referring to "SEO pages". I don`t like the fact that the reason they emailed my client was that 2 weeks ago I entered their URL in a form on their page to see if they had any records for it. Sneaky way to collect leads.
  • Neil Cheesman: yes - as above...
  • Patty Mantaloons: So what do they do that let`s say Google reviews doesn`t?
  • Jody Nesbitt: Patty which would you click, you can then decide if value is real or perceived
