A question about Bootstrap HTML elements.

I have a quick question about the Bootstrap HTML elements. Bootstrap uses the p class=`lead`element to make a paragraph stand out. Do the search engines recognize text between the p class=`lead`opening and closing tags as text that is more important, like the `STRONG`element?
