Would it be wise to wait?

So Iâ€™m still working with my developer to get my siteâ€™s technical SEO in order; fixing redirect issues, adding meta descriptions, minifying code etc.But Iâ€™ve got plenty of blogs that are ready to be published. Would it be wise to wait until my site is technically at 100% before beginning my content strategy? Or can I just start publishing now and figure out the technical issues as I go?
