Jim Munro: I'm guessing that the answers given will include neither of those, Kuldeep, but maybe it depends on how you define guest-blogging and where you might seek to place your articles.
Kuldeep Singh: +Jim Munro ; I didn't mean about the low quality guest blogging. After Matt Cutts statement on Guest Blogging, everyone is scared of doing guest blog. Even I have seen few high authority sites has closed their write for us page :)

Kuldeep Singh: +Michael Shilling ; I'd say not only original content rather your content must be unique must useful for the reader. It must be tutorial or guide. Also make sure your content is not much rehashed on the web.
Word count are not an important factor. Your article must have complete information on the topic whether ;it has 100 or 1000 words.
