  • Jim Munro: Hi Takin. :)

    You are welcome here but links are not. Please disable your link like this "etakin(dot)com" so that we can make this post viewable.
  • Takin Rayan: Hi Jim,
    Thank you for your reply,sure,I will disable it,but how can I ask others to check my problem?
  • Jim Munro: Once it is visible in our community some might look at it for you and once a week we run a Hangout on AIr where all questions asked in the previous week are addressed.
  • Takin Rayan: so how can I ask other for cheking it?
    do I have to wait a week?
    is there any special person who answers the questions ?
  • W.E. Jonk: Your post is approved +Takin Rayan ;. ;
  • W.E. Jonk: I guess you are referring to authorship. Besides the image as an authorship snippet, Google also uses the the by line.  ;Therefore you marked up your authorship well and it is working [1]. Why your profile image isn't showing I don't know, but at least you know that Google does respect your authorship.

  • Shiri Berzack: From what I've seen the results vary, some authors show up with authorship results and others don't. It doesn't seem to relate to the website or to the author, from my tests. You need to try and build up your authority with quality content and Google+ participation.
  • Tim Capper: You have also added Authorship to main sites pages as well as publisher.

    Google wants to see Publisher on main sites pages and authorship only on authored pages ie the blog articles.
  • Brent Wildman: +Tim Capper ;is correct. Google doesn't want authorship to show up for every page of a website, which is what people have been doing and is part of the reason Google is scaling it back. Only ad it to articles and pages you actually wrote.
  • Takin Rayan: +Brent Wildman ; thank you,so you say I clean ,y website from authorship exept the articles?
    FYI,I have added the authorship link to every pages of my site,just to show google " Hey!!I am Here!!! See Me!!!!"
    is it wrong?
  • Jim Munro: BTW +Takin Rayan ;I removed your other post regarding robots.txt because it contained yet another link to your site but there is nothing wrong with not having a robots.txt at all and your site looks fine for "site:" and "info:" queries.
  • Takin Rayan: Thank you +Jim Munro ; ,But there is a problem,I still have no crawl on my site from webmaster tools,and it says that crawl is resitricted because of the robot.txt!!!
    my indexed pages are going down,and I still dont have the main page of my site in search results!!!!
    Please post my question in group to find a way to solve it.
    Thank you.
  • Jim Munro: Unfortunately, once a post is removed, it cannot be returned. You are welcome to post again as long as you do not include an active link. I apologise for the inconvenience.
  • Takin Rayan: You are welcome +Jim Munro ;
    Thank you,
    do you know how can I remove robots.txt from google webmaster?
    It is blocking my site`s crawel and the number of indexed are plunge!!!
  • W.E. Jonk: In GWT you cannot remove a robots.txt. What you can do is remove the robots.txt file on your server. However you need to make sure it serves a 404 (not found), and not a 500. You can also use an empty robots.txt file.  ;That way you give Googlebot access to everything on your site. That is probably not what you want. For example you want to block your admin part or other sections on your site that shouldn' t be indexed.

    So I would ask another question here on the community. Don' t forget to mention which CMS you are using and please disable links.
