Slawomir Zdunek: Hello Number One SEO community. I believe you have answered this question many times so far :) What kind of SEO tools would you recommend for generating SEO reports. I mean really professional complex reports. Thanks for the answers.
Dave Elliott: I like using seo tools for excel which grabs the data from google api and a few other sources and then make my own!
Nothing our of the box gives me the control i need.
Yogesh Dhawan: Depends what type of data you would like to send to your clients.
Michelle Dear: + ;Can you please provide some examples of the type of data you want to pull? Just some general ideas.
Slawomir Zdunek: I'm about to do some SEO audits and I'm looking for some good tools which could be helpful. I'm more into an on-site SEO but I think the structure of links leading to the website would be also useful. I'm going to try Raven Tools to find out how they work. The main point of the thing is to have a tool (it can be paid of course) which could provide as complex scan of the website as possible finding out all possible its weak points. So far I've been using a number of different tools jumping from one to ;another and collecting all the data in one place. It's a very time-consuming activity. That's why I would like to have someting that could speed up this process.
Michelle Dear: See if SEMrush will give you what you are looking for. ;Have you looked at that tool yet? Just curious...
Edwin Jonk: From memory I think + ;has created a custom report tool from different online tools. Because he wanted a report that wasn't provided by other tools.
Maybe + ;can share his view about making the best report?
Slawomir Zdunek: + ;Thanks for the suggestion. No, I haven't looked at it yet but definitely I will at the weekend. Now it's on my list.
I do have my own report generator but it's very custom and not sharable. It pulls in data from Google Analytics, Web Master Tools. CognitiveSEO, my own crawler, keyword checker, backlink checker and Adwords.
It's not too fancy but I think data in reports are for me and not my clients. They should focus on my analysis of that data.
Slawomir Zdunek: + ;Thanks for the answer so in that case I'd rather go for my life :) I'm looking for something scanning the websites and generating the report. I'm going to try out the most popular tools and choose one or ones which best suit my needs. But thanks anyway.
Marketing Geex: You can generate highly customizable reports with AWR Cloud. Select the data you want, your branding and keywords. You will need to allow time for keyword ranking data to update before you can use it though!
Slawomir Zdunek: + ;Thanks a lot. I haven't heard about it. Definitely I will try this one.
