Post FREE Ads

We have a Classified website NotunBazardotcom. Page rank is #3. But now a days my boss told me to do a great keyword research so that the website could get more and more traffic. This is a more than 3 years old website. From the beginning in every page and post we are using "Post Free Ads" this long-tails keyword after every meta title and of-course we maintained the pixel width limitation rules of Google last few years.

Now my Question "Is this is a good SEO technique to add Post FREE ads in every posts and pages meta title ?" Such as Low Interest Rate Fast Loan Approval Apply Now - Post FREE Ads

  • K Neeraj Kayastha: It may work but if you can find a number of related relevant keywords, or rephrase the same like- post ads, absolutely free, or list products freely and so on.
    2. Be regular on Social Media. Maybe you automatically tweet (search a tool) all ads when posted.
    3. There are very few backlinks. You have to work to add many backlinks.
    4. Check on Google- is it feching the same title and descriptions in SERP. i found all are truncated.

    There are so much you can do and remember Google Search Results now pro-searcher not pro-SEO.
  • Arifur Rahman (Tanu): +K Neeraj Kayastha Yes You are right, Most of the title and description are not optimized yet. Most are not following the pixel based title rules yet. There are 2224 products, last year some one worked like a amateur. Didn't care about the title and description. I'm now working all the factors now. ;
  • Edwin Jonk: If you are adding "Post Free Ads" to every title tag, it will look somewhat like a branded term. It is not unusual for search engines to remove that in their search results and rewrite the title. ;

    Therefore, I wouldn't waste the opportunity to write good descriptive title tags versus adding a keyword that is not really relevant to the page. ;

    Here is a link to our sister community, where I share an article about optimizing title tags:

  • Arifur Rahman (Tanu): +Edwin Jonk ;Thanks a lot. ;
  • Edwin Jonk: +Arifur Rahman ;The article I shared with you looks at the CTR and not at the PR. These days, you will be more successful if you look at improvements in a more strategic point a view.

    I think that you will persuaded your boss with that.

    This somewhat goes hand in hand with analytics. Which is not my field. +Richard Hearne ;any thoughts? ;
