Does relevant linking to others diminish page rank? I did a search on this and many thinks they do, but some don`t. The most logical answer is yes they do, but it is made up somewhere else, and more.
It seems counterintuitive to diminish page rank, since the search engines want to give relevant results. Relevant linking helps this.
