These links usually category or top listing pages which get influenced by most visited pages or popular pages on your site, internal links and external sites pointing to important pages.

Also description en title are all pulled from your website, which makes them adaptable. schema.org can help to implement things like the search bar, breadcrumbs etc. which, so Google will, will be shown in the SERPs.
