Presentation Dilemma on E-commerce website

we have a woocommerce site , our product are in several capacity like : separator 100 kg and 200 kg and 500 kg; we add a product post for every different capacity now we what know is it good for seo ? or we should add just one product post and capacity be its option that customer can select

note : site is in catalog mode
