  • Jim Munro: Hi Ranjith. RankBrain is Google's Artificial Intelligence robot. According to googler Greg Corrado, it's function is to rank pages for searches that haven't been made yet. If you think that's way out there, so do I. :)

I'm not an expert but, since it is performing the same function (only at a higher level on a different set of queries), I think it's safe to assume that RankBrain uses mostly the same logic and criteria employed to run googlebot and subsequent indexing

From above article, I think there must be offline work which implement plastic money is equivalent to credit card.
  • Ranjith Kuttath: Rank pages for searches that have not been made yet is just like a prediction with astrology
  • Jim Munro: On re-reading that article, I think you will find that the "plastic money" is only referred to as a semantic/related keyword for "credit card". They are saying that Rankbrain sits on top of Hummingbird and already knows the keywords are related so there is no requirement to do anything off-page or on-page for this query.
