Need opinions on "content randomizer"

Has anyone seen reviews for a "content randomizer" WordPress plugin by Intellasoft? It creates "content" from randomly selected paragraphs and serves it to site visitors. The text differs from visit to visit. The idea seems ridiculous and I have to convince a couple of clients of that fact. Any opinions or links on the matter?

James Slattery: I`d see if u can lower the spin rate to once a month or similar... fresh content on a reviews / testimonial page is worthwhile but making it change on every visit would be less worthwhile in my opinion
