Dumb SEO Questions

Magento and SEO issues.

HI all,

I am basically not much involved in Magento but I want to know about the SEO issues we face when using this platform.

I see that when implementing Magento for an company that has a lot of products (example company which sells flowers) each time they might want to update exiting product/ add new ones.

My question here is: I hear that we need to rewrite/reindex the URLs each time when we update something because of the warning notification like the below:

"One or more of the Indexes are not up to date: Catalog URL Rewrites. Click here to go to Index Management and rebuild required indexes."

I want to know how bad/ good is this for SEO since the URL keeps changing each time when all product URLs are changed.

Can someone explain? Thanks in advance?

The cuetimes listed on this page are functional while the live broadcast continues and also once Youtube has finished processing the public broadcast. Processing time varies between 6-24 hours. During this period the clip is viewable in full but the cuetimes cannot be relied on.
