Comparing click through rates with different author pictures.

Has anyone tried comparing click through rates with different author pictures to see if it matters what you look like or how your pic looks? I want to be able to test but It takes me too long to get a big enough sample size to try to draw accurate conclusions, maybe someone with a better web presence has done this??
