How to improve conversation rate in ecommerce sites?

My question is how to improve conversation rate in ecommerce site?

Our site have many visitor coming from google organic & piad search and social media, but our conversation rate is very poor, so how to improve conversation??

  • Pau Lica: I assume you mean conversions.
    Getting people to convert from simple viewers into customers requires a lot of things, such as site design, on-page optimization, psychological marketing, etc. Even colors count. If you'll pay attention, you'll notice that most call-to-action buttons are orange. Your call-to-action texts also count. For example, simply changing "Buy now!" with "Get it now!", might increase your conversions by 10%. But this requires some A/B testing.
    As you can see, when it comes to conversions even the smallest details count. You won't find complete answers on communities or forums because this is a very complex thing which requires a lot of documentation. There are a lot of useful blog posts I've found on this matter, so I recommend you do some research because it will eventually pay off.

    have you also checked your Bounce Rate? Since you are talking about conversion rates.

Also, look at the customer journey on the whole: does the customer get distracted by too much (irrelevant) content on the selling page? Is call to action easy to find? Does it take too many clicks to make a purchase (each extra click decreases the conversion rates)? Otherwise, one needs to look at the products and the pricing model, as well as the target segment and traffic sources of your website.
