Looking for an SEO specialist available to consult with our company on restructuring our website

I am currently looking for an SEO specialist available to consult with our company on restructuring our website. I read the SEO for Dummies book, and we have a number of new subjects we would like to integrate into our website as a result, but I`m a little lost on how to structure our homepage to most effectively incorporate our new content while retaining other key elements such as "About Us, " "Services, " "Blog, " etc.

If anyone has a suggestion on SEO consultants who might be able to help us with developing a new framework for our site, that would be immensely helpful. Thanks!

If its services related offering, they go straight under your service if not, creating a blog may served the purpose too. Bottom line is - created your site for your readers not for search engine.
