It seems to be toxic to Google search for reasons I cannot understand

I am stumped. My website has several pages that pertain to very specific types of manufactured products. Site built with Adobe Muse. It seems to be toxic to Google search for reasons I cannot understand. I’ve used all the Google web tools to check structure, mobile-friendliness and have utilized nothing but WH tactics. My pages rank well in every search engine but Google. For example; I can enter “metal stamping RFQ” which are words contained in the title, description, content, keywords and even the name of my company (RFQ LINE) and I come up 100+ deep in search results. Top 3 in other engines. Even my homepage ranks better than the product specific page. Also, Google search results often note that page is not mobile-friendly.
