Jai Prakash: Hi , everyone, ;is any word limit in alt txt in seo? if any ask this question so sorry #seo #smo #ppc ;
Collin Davis: No there is no keyword limit in alt text. However as a a suggestion - Never stuff keywords in your alt text
SEMXE: Agree with +Collin Davis, there is no limit, but don't stuff keywords and use real names only. If you have an image of Eifel Tower, put 'Eifel Tower' in alt tag, not something like ' what to see in Paris'. You can append related keywords to the real name, but still not to stuff.
Tyler Groskreutz: I agree with the previous two comments, but I just want to build on what they're saying. Before alt tags were SEO relevant, they were used for screen readers. When determining what to put in alt text, also consider the usability of those people who view the site using a screen reader. Often good usability means beneficial to SEO.
Jai Prakash: I agree but i read in google forum ; any one say 125 char is limit its ok?
SEMXE: Don't think there is anything like that came from ;some official or influential in SEO industry. Or we missed something? :)
Carol Gray: there is no word limit but it should be short and compact cause practically it worked.
