  Dave Elliott: Not sure where to write this but it is certainly more news than a question and i'm not convinced Jim will mind!
  
  As a lot of you know i have been part of the community for a while now either answering questions myself or asking them of the panel.
  
  I have found this hugely beneficial to my SEO knowledge and it really has made me think.
  
  With this in mind it has finally paid off I HAVE A NEW JOB!!!!!!! I will soon be starting work for DWA Media in London and genuinely wanted to thank the panel and everyone who has either asked or commented on a question this place has made me a better SEO and everyone has contributed to it one way or another.
  
  So thanks everyone! Was going to wait to gush until after i had finished up my current role, but, with the 100th episode happening tomorrow it seemed appropriate to show some appreciation of this community now!
