Is there a chance that this will be classed as duplicate content?

Hello,

I have found that a page on my website has been duplicated a few times onto sites that are re directing to another. I would assume that this would not be visible to Google as the said pages are not, in theory, indexed pages. Is there a chance that this will still be classed as duplicate content??
