Brent Wildman: Should be fine as long as you're smart about it. A lot of sites have blogs on a sub-domain and interlinking is expected. However if you're going for a network or pyramid I would advise against it.

Brent Wildman: Trying to trick Google isn't acting smart. Running your site like a normal person is smart.
Aman Tandon: do normal person pass a do follow link to the main domain ? . Can you be a little specific like how exactly to do it . I mean a footer link , a post or a image ?
Chris Smit: An image or post/page link would be fine. A footer link probably too, but could look spammy.
If you look at it from a human point of view, would it make sense?
