Lee Davey: Tim Capper agreed. Overhyped. Good for writers block sometimes, but don`t expect copy you can upload straight to your website.
Joseph Threlfall: I’ve been disappointed with every one that I’ve tried. My business is in a niche and they never really produce any good results of a high quality.
Ammon Johns: The market for any and all of the AI writing stuff right now is for people who just cannot write. If that`s you, *and* your business is too unprofitable to hire a writer then it could be worthwhile. It will still produce absolutely crap copy and make your site look bad, but at least you won`t have the skills or professionalism to notice.
Seriously, the AI software writes terrible copy that anyone fully literate (never mind skilled in Marketing or persuasive writing) can spot is machine generated. It can be used as a very rough `first draft` for very basic tasks like blogging general news, but that`s more of a comment on the poor standards of most modern journalism than on the quality of the content. And the amount of time to edit that AI spewed stuff into even that level of content, page-filler to carry ads, is still only marginal on the time of writing from scratch.
Richard Hearne: If I was a gambler I`d wager that the hammer is soon going to come very heavily down on a lot of the AI-generated content coming from these tools.
Sapan Shah: I have been using outranking.io and it`s fantastic.
