I want to promote my business in different cities

Hello All!!! I have no SEO knowledge so I would really appreciate your help on this, I want to promote my business in different cities, is it ok to create a Google Business listing in every major city?

Lisa Brown: If you don`t have a physical location in each city, no. Set up as a service area that covers those areas instead.

Matt Quinn: To be effective you`ll need to find a way to tie an address to the gmb in each major city/location. One of the primary ranking factors for gmb is proximity/location and this factor applies even if you set up as service area business.

Adam Bauer: No. You can only create a Google business listing where you are physically able to verify ownership. You can set service areas in multiple different cities though!
