Jim Munro: I am not an expert, Peter, but I agree with this advice. We have been doing something similar for ten years or more. I don't think there's any reason why googlebot would disapprove of this as long as the linking is not gratuitous and not between a large number of sites.

Peter Cornish: Just to clarify Cognitive SEO rates the source pages as Unnatural as the organisation's links pages are just that: lots of links to their other sites
