Are these considered duplicate content?

Hi everyone!
Question for you all:
If I publish jobs on my website that are already on other websites, it could be considered duplicate content?
For example, these spanish websites could be considered duplicate content?

What would you do?
Curious to hear your thoughts! ;)?

  • Martino Mosna: They're near-duplicate contents (same content, different website), mostly UGC so it's not really possible to make it totally unique.

My 2 cents: I would take any reasonable effort in order to make a page more useful to the user compared to the competition.

I.e. the first website has more ads than the second, which instead have a lot of actionable links in the sidebar (maybe too many).

If the users will percieve some value, then the SE will understand it in the long run looking at the backlinks + user behaviour data.
